Organization

The chair is headed by Prof. Dr. Christoph Hilgers, the deputy chair is apl. Prof. Dr. Agnes Kontny. The qualifying assistant professorship is filled with Dr. Benjamin Busch. The administration is managed by Ulrike Brecht, the rock lab by . We are guiding the AGW mechanical workshop headed by Kevin Altinger. Each of the three research topics (research groups) diagenesis, deformation and magnetics is headed by a group leader.

Our QM-Model

Our quality management organization will utilize quailty forward- and backward-chains, aiming at a transparent flow of information (info). Our mangement style is adaptive and delegative, requesting self-responsible team members to report in a push-system. Processes are documented in an internal CMS-wiki.
